CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY: Storie: 1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. 2. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. 3. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Skyla: 1. $25 deposit is required for new clients to confirm booking. 2. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice or you will be charged 50% of the service total. 3. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% fee. 4. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Sydney: 1. Deposits are required to book PMU + Tattoo Appointments. 2. Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 72 hours in advance. 3. Storie Myers has spent over eight years perfecting her craft in the PMU industry and has become a trusted artist across the US. She began her career in 2016 in St. George, Utah, where her passion for symmetry and detail quickly grew into a thriving business. Now based in Salt Lake City, Storie specializes in microblading, nano hyper-realism, and hybrid brows, while also offering beginner and advanced trainings and mentorships. Her artistry and dedication have earned her awards such as Best of Utah Brow Specialist and Best PMU Education, and her studio, Venus House, was named Best Permanent Makeup Studio 2025. Beyond business, Storie gives back by providing free services to women affected by alopecia or chemo, helping them regain confidence through her work. At the heart of everything she does is a genuine care for others. For Storie, it’s not just about creating flawless brows… it’s about empowering her clients to feel radiant, confident, and truly themselves.
